I do find that American Girl clothing in general runs small. Order at least 1 to 2 sizes up."

"the top was a bit big for my daughter, but it will give her plenty of time to wear it before outgrowing. the skirt is light weight, and my daughter loves that it does NOT have the "shorts" underneath as so many girls skirts do now. Nice quality as usual."
