"So far, this has been the biggest (but only) disappointment in the American Girl line of products. We love the stroller, but the high chair is not what we thought! My four year old daughter struggles to get Bitty Baby in this seat which is way too small...and the strap is way too tight! After I tightly buckle the doll in, and pull up her arms, I have a hard time getting the tray to click on top. My daughter gets so frustrated that she can't play with it on her own (as do I). This product needs to totally be redesigned - I wish we purchased something different for the doll my daughter LOVES to play with!!"
